The Plan-a-Head Payroll Management system provides you with:
- Detailed
employee records – payroll history of each pay period for each employee is kept on file making it very easy to do enquiries for a particular period or for a particular employee. Tax reconciliations and generation of tax certificates for current or previous year is very easy as well as reprinting of previous period’s
pay slips.
- Easy
printing of pay slips and cheques. Various layouts of payslips are
available and four methods of payments are catered for ie cash, bank
list, electronic transfer or cheque printing. Cash reports will show
exactly how much of each coinage category is necessary to make up
your cash payments. Electronic transfer will pay the wages/salary
directly into the employee’s bank account
- Annual
and sick leave reconciliations. – Leave can be calculated based on service ie your employee’s
start date, or on days actually worked.
- Issues
Module – issue of clothing, tools or any other item can be
recorded as well as sizes of clothing so that requirements are easy
to order from the clothing supplier.
- PAYE & UIF
reconciliations (monthly / annually)
- Standard documents ie: letters of dismissal, warnings and
appointment - a standard set of documents is included with the system, but these can be edited by the user to suit their requirements.
- Employment
Equity – reports required for employment equity for selected
period are all available.
- Garnishing
Module – Incorporates a garnishing module where the system
will automatically cease deducting garnishing amounts when the time
period has elapsed, or if it is a maintenance order it will continue
until the employee ceases working for you.
- Peace of mind, as we incorporate any new legislative changes ie Basic Conditions of Employment and Labour Act, Skills levy etc.

various Clocking Machines – The system can be linked to clocking
machines to save time and improve accuracy of data capturing. Import
